They are literally 4/4 and in my opinion one of the most replay-able acts in R&B I really don’t get why they don’t get pushed as much to the mainstream cause they definitely could appeal to that crowd. A Muse In Her Feelings probably the best R&B album to come out since Blond tbh. And the new collab project is probably a top 3 project on the year.

Nah I agree. Drake I feel like hasn’t really pushed them like he could. Drake a great artist but idk if he’s that great of running a label tbh. They need to just get a major label deal. Another thing is idk if Daniel Daley being older has anything to do with it as well.

Yea man I think he’s like 37-38. And yea I mean I don’t blame drake fr cause everyone pretty much has their own labels now anyways. OVO is a big brand at this point too but that’s solely because of Drake. The artists on it just don’t really get the right push tho. Drake got his own career to focus on fr. So it’s hard to balance it out I feel like.

Also want to add I think Zacari could be a big time artist but you know how TDE is with their artists. Dude has been on the label for years and still doesn’t have a debut album. And I know he definitely sitting on one that is up to par quality wise to be released.

The alt RnB sound ..filled with wispy, ambient soundscapes has been oversaturating the market for about 10 years now.
