I used to produce a lot from 2017 to 2019. Been playing guitar since. I make music but not so often now, I'm more interested in playing these days - helps with the anxiety.

Well, the only thing I think I could do is some sort of production, I have never put the time in on an instrument to the point where I could do something impressive on it, and beyond some music theory I don't really understand how to make good music, let alone the equipment it would take to do so.

Edit: what I mean by the how part is that I don't really have an understanding of what drums and bass are, I don't really consciously think about it with the music I listen to, so I couldn't point to times when the individual components are good or bad
