I didnt even know this was a music forum
Im pretty sure KTT means Kids Talking Together
The only thing to worry about is over stimulation of your heart from the caffeine. And if you've used coke like you said, your heart isn't in a good place already.
So i've been sober for three yeaes now, bur have now been addicted to caffeine, nicotine amd energy drinks. I've drunk at least 4 to 5 Monsters before and 3 long sleeve Red Bulls in a single sitting and remain just fine. My friends are concerned as well as my woman, but I always tell em if I didn't die while shooting H, sniffing coke, smoking meth or taking massive ammounts of pills, then Im prettt sure some Coca cola product isnt going to be my demise.
Like what is the concern? Like can 3 cans of Red Bull kill me and if so, how come? I don't get all the hype, beast. Anyone who can shed some light on this darkness I call doubt.
It's not the caffeine in the redbull that'd do damage it's all the extra s*** (you can have a LOT of caffeine in one sitting and be fine) You could drink a bunch of that s*** in one day and be fine but if it's done on a consistent basis that's when I could see it causing some issues.
Not to mention the cumulative effects of reduced quality of sleep due to excess caffeine in your system + all those extra chemicals probably not very good for you long term
I mean if you are drinking multiple energy drinks a day your body will be cooked in the long run.
No they aren’t dangerous like hard d****
It’s always dangerous using anything other than sleep to make you more awake and alert

I've had 2 employees get themselves in the hospital over drinking redbull to cool off during the summer.
Id say they're pretty bad
I used to drink energy drinks but now I just stick to liquid IVs and a supergreen powder for the day.
Green tea once in a while too and I know guys who have told me Yerba mate works for them.
If you insist on energy drinks, it's kinda expensive but gorilla mind has one that I haven't tried yet but I've heard good things about.
