  • If anything the goofy voices and inflections Keem runs w/ are an evolution of what Kendrick was doing in the early 2010s

    OP sucks

  • If you listen to the references or demos Kendrick be doing I think it’s clear they both have influenced each other to a certain extent over the years

    But “ruined” is crazy

  • kendrick is literally baby keems alter ego, stop wit this

  • I think you have this backwards

  • Keep baby keem away from Kendrick studio
Keep yachty away from drake studio
Keep digital nas away from ye studio

  • Uouj

Op has a point, we don’t need anymore collabs from Kendrick and Keem.

And PgLang needs to add legitimate rappers to the roster to challenge Kendrick.

When I thought Brent & Jorja was signing

Keem was 17/18 when DAMN/Black Panther dropped and that's already when Kendrick started making this transition

I have this theory that Kendrick did most of the writing on TDE/Black Hippy collabs (that tennis flow at the end of Say Wassup seems like it was written by one person and he has the most complex parts. Plus he wrote Jay Rock's verse on Money Trees) so it would make sense that he's writing for his cousin. The Hillbillies also has Kendrick's style all over it, wouldn't be surprised if it was something Kendrick already had written and asked Keem to hop on

So yeah, I think Keem was shaped by Kendrick rather than Keem influencing Kendrick

Kendrick always used funny voices. People been s***ting on him about it from the jump

This is remember people getting mad about his alien voice around overly dedicated and section 80

  • He didn’t

  • Without Keem Kendrick would've became big krit or meek mill or rick ross

  • Debating whether a man ruined another man

  • Yall are uneducated

  • i dont agree with keem having an influence on kendrick. he’s been experimenting with voices and styles since section 8

yall just sum hating ah nigguhs

Keem has been quoted saying he never showed his early work to Kendrick

and when he did, Kendrick did not care, he just told him to stop deleting s*** lol

if anything, Dot gave that nigga flows he wasn’t ready to use yet and Keem ran with it
