Earl fa sho aged well imo, Mellohype kinda did and Domo Genesis fa sho. Mainly Tyler’s s*** aged kinda funky cuz of his drastic artistic change as he got older. Earl was always on some lowkey emo hate life s*** tbh
These still hold up very well:

Mike G album and No Idols are the only good albums from this period
Mellohype had some good tracks too
this is a classic

Like I forget 17
And I'll forget my first love like you forget a daydream
This song (and Frank's music in general) got me through some rough times
The lyrics may not be listenable these days but they still had an energy in that era that few had. Some of those s***ty lyrics are a byproduct of the unrefined creativity we seek in exciting artists
tons of timeless mellowhype & domo & even a couple mike g slappers. every one else is still relevant.
most of it aged badly and ngl it's hard not cringe at most of them. they still got some heaters tho
Tyler's old stuff is cringe to listen to now
Why stop there, his new s*** cringe too.
mellowhype's tapes and albums aged pretty well imo
This too, blackenedwhite always on spin
Its a hard listen tho ngl, great from cherry bomb & on tho
he had one good album after Cherry Bomb
pretty poorly
tyler’s early production worked best on his own projects
the beats he made for others never stood out like his own
