From what I could remember Ross was at the top of his game back in late 2007 early 08 nigga had like 4 hits in rotation at the time on trilla (here I am,the boss,speeding) I even remember 50 shouting him out and telling him to stay away from fat Joe, then that’s when a few months later the smoking gun exposed him for being a former CO, he then was clowned on the internet for months nigga went quiet even got bullied into leaking a mugshot to prove his street cred rumors was s*** was fake

He disappeared for months then the bet hiphop awards came around 50 cent was there even gave Wayne an award for best hiphop artist, months later Ross dropped mafia music claiming he saw 50 that night at the bet awards and he didn’t like the way 50 looked at him but according to 50 he never seen ross that night which I believe because 50 not the type of nigga to lie about no s*** like that lmao if he seen you he would’ve said it to which we know that nigga career was hurting so he came up with a lie about a evil look to gain a buzz for deeper than rap and def jam definitely handled the rest if 50 would’ve never responded that s*** would’ve did 50k first week

Yeah because he's a predator. But back then it was really weird how people embraced the Ignition song when it came out only a few months after those videos leaked. Back then there was no such thing as cancel culture but I remember how I expected his career to die when all promotion for BOBW just stopped.
