This has ruined my life. When everybody else is asleep I’m wide awake and when everybody else is sleep I’m awake. I’ve even missed some classes because of this. Someone please help.
I find pulling an all nighter works
Why does this never work for me. I’ll stay up for 24 hours, then when I need to go to sleep, I’m not tired, and if I force it I wake up like 3 hours later

do you drink like lots of caffeine or something
Either do an all nighter or pop a melatonin and then just drink an energy drink in the morning

No not at all I’ve just had trouble sleeping my whole life. Took melatonin and it only took me out for about 4 hours, I got tired again in the afternoon and ending up falling asleep, destroying my sleep schedule
