at home i waste time like crazy but at my school library i get to work right away idk if thats some psychological s*** but yeah

Create check points in your study sessions and don’t let yourself do anything until you get to the check point. That way you reward yourself for doing school work with a KTT break.

Also if you can’t get studying done at home then go to the library.
