Yep
She might try to say it’s a double standard and not fair but, a lot of s*** in life aint fair. It is what it is
I appreciate your time bruh I got a lil more LOL
So I looked at my girl a lil different because of her response to the red flag thing. How should I go about this moving forward? I don’t want her to thing I’m some control freak. Am I overreacting to her reply?
@GoldenChild also, did I do the right thing by running the dinner by my girl or should I have kept it to myself?

I wouldn’t worry too much about it from what you posted. However, if she keeps making it a point to say those things then I would probably engage in hard discussion / set boundaries about it, where you communicate your stance to her fully.
Girls love to say you’re being controlling when you have standards but it’s like. Women can have alll these expectations but the second u do, your labeled as controlling.
If y’all really really get into it then I’d follow up your point but letting her know these are your standards and if she doesn’t want to live up to em and insist on “being her own woman” she can do it without you.
(That’s the nuclear button tho)
Just my two cents brotha. Good luck

If you’re trying to be very transparent partner you did the right thing but also... pick your battles lol
It’s good your forward tho because hopefully your girl sees it as an example and she’ll be 100 with you moving forward
This site really fell off, man. On ktt1 at least 3 people would have posted "pics". smh.
@thebootywarrior ur slackin
As much as we wouldn't like to admit it humans have trust issues lol, if my girl was living with another dude I'd be uncomfortable w it, I'd be wondering what was happening when I wasn't there, not necessarily a trust issue w my girl but what if the other dude tried something?
Even if I knew the dude was a decent guy the thought would still be there, I think it'd be worse if u didn't care about it at all, but that's just me
I have a female roommate and my fiancé doesn’t care
You dont live with ur fiance op?
Nah marriage takes planning and also we’re Muslim
Muslim
Aren’t muslims not supposed to live with members of the opposite s***if they’re not family?

I had a guy roommate and he ended up subleasing it to a girl
I had no choice and can’t move out since my name is on the lease
Her roommate is a dirty slob who doesn’t shower, clean, and forgets to pay rent on time
It’s been this way for months and she doesn’t take my advice of how to be more direct I think
What should the protocol be here, idk what else I can tell her
Lowkey have ya fiancé jump ship and y’all get a place together, f*** the dirty b****
Otherwise she gon have to stand up for herself she grown enough to rent an apartment then she grown enough not to take nobody s***
@GoldenChild i appreciate bro bro
My bad OP I’m hijacking yo thread 😭😭
Yea I just read all that
My threads always get derailed
I learned the hard way not to solve your partners problems. Most times they just want someone to vent to. Don’t make their issues your issues
