real advice: do this sitting down!!! Take a big breath. Then fill your mouth with air and "swallow" it into your lungs. Do this as many times as you can before you HAVE to exhale and breathe in again. like 5+ "swallows" of air at least. They should be gone now. If not, try it once again.
