I used to have this problem but I know that it's not real. I hear the whispers in my ear while I am in paralysis. I feel the touching, squeezing, etc. Once I came to the realization that it's not real it doesn't even bother me no more. I know I'm gonna get out of it

I used to get sleep paralysis so much that i got used to the scary monster watching me. Now when I'm in paralysis I'm fearless. Because i have no fear nothing comes to scare me anymore or rather my mind doesn't create all these scary ass figures in the dark. Funny how that works

If you are paralyzed in your sleep AND you are darting your eyes around the room in terror touted just asking for crazy ass hallucinations to stir up.
