    everytime you get the urge just distract yourself with something more engaging. play a game or go to the gym or something

    you need to identify why you need to stop and prioritise that

    then anytime you think of p*** you'll know the reason to stop is more important

    its pretty f***in hard for me and i couldnt until i met a girl and i felt like it was damaging our relationship
