I got upstairs neighbors that are noisy and dirty as f***. I've asked them to stop but they haven't. So I've just started being noisier than they are. I do laundry and vacuum at 2AM while blasting Darkthrone and YB. They also haven't stopped sweeping their dog s*** off their balcony onto my patio, so I put gloves on and throw it back onto their balcony, at their sliding door, at their windows, and at their grill. Nasty mfs.
