Single songs I rely on Apple Music. As for albums since the start of 2022 I’ve kept a list in my notes

Marvis on ios is a better Apple Music experience than the default app imo and has last.fm scrobbling built in, it’s worth the like $5

Spotify but I only save the songs that I like. And RYM for albums I've listened to

i screenshot an album and as i go thru it i highlight each song (green: good, yellow:aight, red:bad, blue: relisten) and put it in the notes app on my phone
