i think i been listening to too many new albums too fast w/o going back to them, and it's making listening to music kinda un-fun now. how do y'all enjoy the music you've already listened to, while also listening to new s***?

i usually limit myself to a certain amount of albums per week (like 9 or something around that) only like 1 or 2 new ones (if that) then I just play emotion instead

stick with something you like for a bit.. listening to so much new s*** is mad exhausting because its not guaranteed you'll like those albums.

go back to the few you liked or focus on a genre or style for a bit...or just take a break

there’s too many new albums to follow up on everything

just spin what you like and when something new piques you’re interest go to it instead of digging through the growing pile

Don't feel obligated to constantly listen to new s*** or keep up with everything that's going on. Go at your own pace and remember listening to music should be fun. I used to be obsessed with constantly discovering s*** until I realized that by doing that it makes it hard to enjoy music at all

I listen to a couple albums a month, but I go back over the songs a lot to pick up different things in the production, and vocals
