honestly i dont like using lens cleaners or anything i just use water to get rid of dirty and sweat, a towel to dry off the glasses but not the lenses and microfiber to clean the lens.

Not use shirt or just about any fabric that isn't microfiber cloth to wipe the lenses and you're already doing it right. Also easy on the pressure when you clean em

When i needed glasses (before Lasik ) i just breathed on them to fog them up a bit and used whatever shirt i was wearing. Never was a problem.
