you can hear the sampled bass loop then he adds piano then the synth line then the beat drops with the strings
still good tho
Arca and JPEG are really the only producers I know of who make me ask "how did they make this"
most beats u can hear where it's looping after that it's just adding/taking out instruments

To answer OP, Kanye found the sample and looped it up for the main basic beat that starts when it drops (strings loop and drums), then turned to the upright bass player, synth player and piano player and told them to make it on some epic s***
