dunno how ur censuses work but ours are confusing. we got a category for "white alone" which i believe includes both white people and anyone who claims they're white+hispanic/latino (which is how many hispanic/latino ppl identify since US has no race category for em {maybe that's the proper way of doing it s*** i dunno})
