this quarantine s*** mixed with relationship have a nigga belly looking bloated for no reason, what should i do to get rid of this hoe? not to mention it adds an extra 20 pounds on me.
you just gotta pee all the beer out thats inside your belly i dont know whats so hard to understand about that
1. Watch what you eat, s*** like beer, junk food, fast food, etc. contribute to this if consumed frequently. In addition depending on your physique try to consume at a deficit
2. Incorporate some workout in your routine, I'd start off with some light cardio then transition into heavier type of workouts. Also lifting some weights on the side will help
3. Stress is known to be linked to belly, have you been stressed out a lot lately? That could be contributing to it too

yes to the stress part, but I've gotten rid of that weight on my chest 2 months ago, i just haven't fixed my diet. I've been doing cardio like 4-5 times a week tho, but still ain't seeing change. what's a proper diet I can follow?

It's not really about what you consume for the most part, but how much. I think you'll just need to start going at a deficit, plus cut back on the things I said in my previous post

Fast for a calorie deficit, if you do it, make sure your foods are as un processed as possible. Sugar is your enemy, deep frying is your enemy, simple carbs are your enemy, a crock pot, with a low sugar diet while fasting will yield good results if you combine it with fasting.
