Man, I tried medium rare. Honestly was pretty gross to me. And I’m talking multiple places that get 5 stars etc. honestly steak in general isn’t that good to me unless it’s cooked in some type of sauce. I eat a lot of Caribbean food tho and we spice everything up.

That said steak tartare is crazy good
