Find the people that an artist/A&R knows, that no one else really knows about. You can find these people by checking album credits, checking who your favorite artists follow, and just start sending people emails/DMs. Photographers, engineers, track list arrangers (yes, people are paid to do this), album artwork designers, friends of those people, friends of friends of those people, etc. Eventually you'll get emails back from someone who is cool and not on their own d*** too much to acknowledge the hustle.

When I used to make beats (my s*** was mid tbh), I had stuff sent to guys like 40, Marco Polo, and other well known people because just because I took the time to find people that knew them. If your s*** is actually hot, it's a wrap at that point --- my s*** just wasn't lmao.

Practice by writing and working with others, put out music an try to create noise. Move to a place where there is a music industry and work for free and create a network in the music world

In all seriousness, I do want to make it in the industry. Would be an awesome job that I'd love to do; I love writing and recording songs. Songwriting comes very naturally to me due to the fact I've been writing poetry for over 14 years and also I can come up with (good/great) melodies to any beat
