the problem with eating fast comes from the conditioning of having short food breaks during work and therefore you end up eating fast even at home
another source it stems from is that many of us eat with a screen in front of us, so we eat at the pace of those 10 minutes youtube videos we watch
try this little experiment, eat without phone or a screen in front of you, try to eat in the kitchen, or in front of a window
