How long can you hold your breath underwater

For a long while I thought dolphins had blow holes at the top like whales do some whales at least or all of them idk

2 minutes prob more if I stopped smoking

“the average healthy person can hold their breath for 3-5 minutes“ WHAT

Pretty sure having covid twice messed with my breathing capacity so idk anymore.

I think my best was 4 minutes

1-2 seconds

About 20 secs before I start panicking

not underwater but I've got 3:53 before

A minute give or take 5 seconds

around 8 minutes

Underwater I've done a minute but I'm sure I could do longer

Finally learnt how to swim but need practise

Rn 40-60 seconds

Ain't been around water in a while

One time I did almost 2 minutes

Not long at all half of my left lung is collapsed

I cant even swim

mfs auditioning for aqua man

Thank god im 6'2 6'3 so i can stand in most pools no problem n play it off

u should learn some swimming fundamentals man even if your lungs is s*** you still needa be able to float if your life depends on it
