how did you learn them?
how did you learn them?
I started learning English before going to school and my bachelor was in Spanish translation. My first language is Russian. Ukrainian I picked up from family, Portuguese is off of Duolingo bc it’s easier to learn once you know Spanish (same as Italian). Everything else is from Duolingo to save for German which was taught at some point in my school. Duolingo is not efficient but I don’t sweat it and do them at my leisure
To me it’s about figuring out the system (tenses, intentionality, and ‘abstract’ aspects of a language is what I think of first) and then working on your vocabulary, though I’m terrible at remembering that so I work off of Latin words and s*** just winging it for the most part lol
I also have study books for Georgian, Armenian, and Norwegian. Don’t think I’ll ever get to learn them tho since I had those for ages
