That’s a bad way to think about it. Stop treating social media like currency and stop clout chasing. Post what you want and doing trip off comments and likes.

I doubt anyone in real life will clown you for your like counts and if they do then those are people you really don’t need in your life.

Also, posts a always a capture of the moment, you don't know how the life of these people look like based on likes.
If you're getting in a negative mindset because you try to compare and perceive the things you do in life through those numbers, I'd suggest quitting social media for some time (apart from your job that is), it sure doesn't sound healthy. Try to appreciate what you have instead of looking for validation on the internet.
