I don't have any dreams

i do things to get closer everyday and it’s a satisfying feeling knowing working a 8-5 is not my final destination

moved all the way across the country to do it

nothing interesting to show for but Im growing as a person day to day : )

Its going pretty well. pursuing music full time this year and I've gotten tons of placements and am also published

pursuing the same any advice?

Been regularly sketching lately and doing some watercolor studies for an oil painting series I'm planning.

First stepping stone is getting a gallery exhibition which will probably be easier now when covid ends. And at some point I have to worry about my online presence. I sketch daily but I don't feel the need to post daily sketches.

got slight interest in making my own clothes but that sounds like another complex element to the mix with me painting and also doing photography so thats just a idea at the back of my head atm

my dream is a bag & I'm chasing that everyday by either studying or working so yeah I'm good

im about to start chasing my dreams just investing in myself a bit first. wish i didnt wait to start until i was 26 but hey what can ya do

Tfw doing less and living more simply is your dream so you literally just kick your feet up and vibe to the sound of your dreams being accomplished

be consistent with putting out stuff, stay true to urself and ur sound, try to finish everything to the best of ur ability

I don't like to ever confine myself to a societal convention of the word "dreams". As I grow older I start to feel self-satisfaction and happiness in the smallest daily growth I make. That is what I'm chasing.

This thread's giving me motivation to go ahead and chase my dreams now. I'm young and have my life ahead of me and all, but aside from parental limitations, I think I should go ahead and take bigger steps now so by the time the opportunities present themselves, I'm ready.

Fr success can be scary, like I'm getting everything I wanted, but everybody told me it was gonna be this slow grind to achieve my goals and it's not happening like that for me. I'm not ready for these blessings
