Because 90% of ppl today are exposed or put themselves in a s***ty dietary intake that fuks up their hormonal homeostasis
Things like anxiety, depression, lethargy are all mediated by your hormones duh

For example when u wake up in the morning & feel a rush of cortisol like a mini anxiety attack. That’s an indicator that you might be suffering from free test deficiency cause it 5-alpha-reduces to DHT which has a significant impact on mood regulation
If you find yourself being impulsive or irritated by small s*** it can also be an androgenic:estrogenic imbalance
I mean the effects are p noticeable so ppl not doing it even once just to benchmark themselves is odd af
so what happens once you get them checked do they prescribe you pills or what

You have ppl out here complaining about depression & anxiety & taking SSRIs only to find out their estradoil is tanked or too high or something else is wrong with their hormones
For most ppl in their 20s lifestyle changes should be sufficient. But some ppl really require medical intervention whether it is TRT or something
Maybe you shouldnt be too pressed about it rn but it’s something to be aware of cause hormonal imbalances one of the earliest repercussions of aging. & its not something you feel in like your 50s. Indigenous test levels start dropping as early as 25. Some of you are genetically low T & you don’t even know it, you might find yourself in an unfavorable position p soon

U go see an endocrinologist & tell him you wanna get a hormonal profile to see where u stand.
Most young men should be fine but there are exceptions. It can also help some ppl understand why its Difficult for them to lose weight or build muscle, if they got acne acting up, if your s***drive is messed up. Those are all things mediated by your level of androgenicity.
There’s a bunch of s*** but it’s p much ignored unless your part of the body building community or you got some s***drive issues, which are really just surface level problems.
EDIT:: I’m not saying anybody HAS to do this. But if you’re a person committed to a healthy lifestyle or you do s*** like fasting or nofap or whatever, then it’s only right to have a compass on your HPTA
