I got an apartment. Honestly debating on getting a house, in the next 2 months, but its short notice so idk yet.
the whole almost dying at 24 set me back hard, i was looking for houses earlier this year, but my mom told me to relax because of how bad my amnesia is
me
jerking off with no worries is awesome
but, not having my parents provide me with food isnt
Jerking off? You're not thinking big enough
About a year ago, I had the option to move out. My parents own a bunch of properties they rent out, they have an apartment about a 10 minute drive away. Even got as far as moving some of my stuff over there
But then I really thought about the situation. I was unemployed and the salary for job I wanted was in the region of $250-$400. I'd still have to rely on my parents and be putting a heavier financial strain on them. And I'd be leaving them alone. My parents are getting older, they wouldn't be able to defend themselves if someone tried to break in. Plus my dad kinda careless, been multiple times where he left our backyard door open overnight
Currently still staying with my parents and earning like $350 a month. I feel like I need my own space though
ight yo i might move into a new apartment with my friend who has a spare bedroom in a duplex with 20 ft ceilings in lower manhattan. only issue is the layout of the room is so weird and has 4 foot ceilings in the only spot you can fit a bed. i’d only be paying 1k/month in lower manhattan tho i feel like i can handle the compromise to save that much money idk…

im kinda out on the whole home ownership thing unless its a great deal or investment there’s so much liability and hidden costs

26. I'm in law, we have to do 2 years of articles before we become attorneys. It's considered "training" even though you do all the work of an attorney like consulting clients, drafting papers and appearing in court. So firms take advantage of this and underpay candidate attorneys. I'm currently doing an internship in government because that 350 is better than all of the offers I received The association governing lawyers is proposing a minimum wage but it's only $420 a month

Not in America, I'm South African. That's a direct conversion, 1 Rand = 0.050 Dollars. I'm earning 7000 in my currency. But s*** is expensive over here, a loaf of bread costs almost 20 bucks. 75ml of Le Male = 1500. A PS5 is like 13 000
