American working remotely so decided to go abroad for a bit instead of staying in DC.
Spending next month and half in Toronto, have family friends here but would love recs / if anyone wants to link
which part of Toronto are you visiting and will you have a car? Do you like nature / hiking or more of a city person?

In downtown pretty close to Rogers Centre and stuff, seems cool so far (only been here once before as an adult)
Def a city guy + not planning on driving while here, would love to go to nature tho while here

On the subway you can easily get to high park for nature, bellwoods Trinity is a nice park too
Eaton's center for shopping
You can get cheap last min tickets for leafs or raps games. Moreso raps. Environment is great
Go to st Lawrence market. If you like Asian food go to Spadina china Town or Ossington Korea town.
Idk your style but the gay village is on church
Lots of things to do. The main tourist attractions are all near where you are staying. Transit is very easy to take, sometimes a lot faster than Uber

The ROm is an awesome museum , AGO (art gallery is nice too). If you only have time for one go to the ROM.
A lot of ppl to medieval time dinner and tournament also. I didn't realize that it's not everywhere lol
