Theese past 3 days it's been beer for breakfast at 6:00 2 lunchables for lunch at 11:30 and a link of boudin for dinner at 5:30
During the week I usually have one meal a day around 5 O'clock or so. I'll sometimes have a snack if my energy level feels low, like fruit or mixed nuts ect. Lots of water throughout the day always.
3 times, 8am - 1pm - and 7pm and around 10pm some yoghurt
Three times a day with snacks in between like a chocolate bar and crisps.
For breakfast I try and eat fruits and nuts. I always eat an avacado and almonds plus blueberries or some other fruit.
pre-workout around 8am
post-workout 11am
"lunch" 5pm
dinner 9pm
usually a light snack between 11 to 5
