i used to get very bad anxiety over spending money i’d feel it in my chest when i would spend $5 when i was in college and even a year after even tho i was working. now i think i overspend sometimes but idk life is to be lived if i like clothes why not buy them if i like to buy friends drinks why not do it if i wanna try something new why not go for it. it took me a while to get over it but it was almost disabling for me to spend money at times even if it was for food id try to save every dollar i could
