The idea of “absolute freedom of speech” as described by the constitution is something impossible to enforce in a society that wants to be well structured and stable. It’s Stupid too.

Speech and expression will always be subject to the motivation and reaction created by social conditions.

We need to stop viewing these political documents as perfect and infallible and instead work to change the ways they’re worded to be something better refined to deal with a society that changes every day
