Oh ok. I mean neither is bad imo

Yeah, for sure. It's just two different perspectives. As long as it leads to happiness and confidence, that's all that matters.

The intention of fashion is to get past all of this judging and insecuritiy s***. It's a way to express yourself without words. It's a way to say "Fuck You" and break etiquettes relentelssly. If I look at myself, I feel like, my style switches every 2-3 months. You can't pigeonhole me.
I try to embrace Kanye's quote in every shape:
'If we ain't talked in months/years, don't say you know me. you knew me... I progessed, my mindset evolved.'

That’s a dope ass quote tbh. I feel like I try to embrace that mentality as well. Niggas (especially ones you haven’t seen in a minute) always want to try to think of you as one way. I don’t think like that. I try to find ways to reinvent and prove that I’ve grown as a person since the last time people have saw me.

Tbh I think people are lying if they say none. For me anyways, I like dressing nice (or at least better than the average person) to feel more confident. If you look good, you feel good. Idk, just how I feel about it anyways

I have a speech impediment, so I’m very OCD about my clothing. I feel like it’s the one thing I can control. Everything has to be matching and looking perfect. Definitely rooted in insecurity, but I stunt on these ppl so I can’t complain

Maybe 40% of it. I would probably wear crazier/gaudier stuff if I were good looking
