How much should you take out from what you make monthly? Half or a little more or a little less?

Whatever you feel comfortable with. Whatever fits your lifestyle. Better to pay more for something you actually want than to pay less for something you hate.

1/3rd if you wanna be comfortable

  • Get something that you can afford unless you living life for life experience and not stability in that case.

Interesting replies ITT. I never did anything that is suggested. I’ll usually use the second pay of the month to take care of my rent in its entirety.
