a lot of people with f***ed up sleep schedules dont realize how much the "small" amount of caffeine in soda and iced tea still effects you, especially if you already had coffee earlier in the day. if you stop drinking anything caffeinated (soda especially) after like 5-6pm in exchange for like other stuff like gatorade, water, decaf tea, etc.it is literally a life changer
