Basic question, Ive been thinking about it over the last month.

I’ve been doing up to a gallon a day for the last few weeks. In spite of the small interval of time your bladder turns into a fire hydrant, I have way more energy than before & the amount of headaches used to get have gone down.

So curious, how much water yall be dranking a day?

idk but all day i have a cup of water with me i just refill. some days more than others though

i always make sure to have a glass of water right when i wake up. like an hour before coffee

About 2 liters probably, got a 750ml bottle and I drink through it twice and then some

i dont measure it so idk but a good amount. i'd guess around 100 ounces (3 liters)
