i try to shower at least once a day and i'm a tad obsessed with being clean. i use dial bar soap and i have used non-antibacterial soaps, but i use dial because it decreases body odor more and kills bacteria.

i never felt that clean when i used regular soap.

It depends where you live if your in North america and live anywhere in the midwest, northeast, Northwest or anywhere in Canada you dont need to shower everyday during the fall or winter

In fact it’s impossible, yall never experienced -15 at 7 in the morning.

In summer do tht s*** everyday or other day
