Does KTT even have marketing to bring new folks in? I’m a boomerang, returned after a hiatus. But I feel like people don’t stumble on KTT any more, so it’s just a bunch of old folks that have been here since the beginning.

If we do something huge we can attract new people. Like some folks joined because we were the hot spot for leaks/leak talk and all that in the past. We had a new users as well when they made them Chief keef mega tapes. We just gotta do s*** that’ll cause traffic.

Then Kanye falling off/not being marketed as a Ye fan site/ forums lowkey dying in general play a part too as well tbf.

this site could really be a lot bigger than it already is but that would be a lot of chaos

what i f*** with the most about ktt is that it was a good way to stay in tune with new and upcoming artists. we were the young crowd putting all the old heads on to what all the kids were listening to in high school. you can stay in touch through other forms of social media i guess, but ktt made it so easy to connect with others who share the same interests or converse with others that have differing opinions

Music sxn out of touch with new artists the youth listening to so it's pretty easy to see

Add in most people being teenagers when they posted on ktt1 then moved over to ktt2 been over 10 years for some posters

KTT was my primary way of finding new artists and now it's pretty washed for that or any threads about newer artists get buried under all the trash threads in music sxn and circlejerking about bullshit. Still able to find a few here and there, but it ain't like what it used to be at all, now its more like a handful of posters that be up on new artists lol
