i really struggled ordering the last two rows lol

I remember having one of these toys as a kid yeah

even now i feel like i'm kinda ordering each row pseudo-randomly until I solve a row and move on

now i'm interested in seeing if there's an algorithm for solving these, i'm sure there is one
