darklex150Last year I remember talking with a co worker about music, he was really into it, specially mainstream hiphop and pop music. Suddenly another female coworker joined the conversation and said Sabrina Carpenter was her fav and a huge star. This dude started talking down on her stating she had no real hits or classic albums. I agreed with him since I barely heard her name before.
One year later and I see her everywhere now, and I mean, she aint that bad, she does have talen but her rise to super stardom seems so fabricated to me.
Like, wtf happened? , it feels like a plant to me but I also see that ladies legit like her. So, how she got to that position so soon? I dont recap any viral video, hit song or something related to her. Also, I barely see people talk about her in real life but online its another story.

And I never thought she would’ve become big because the songs I heard from her then were bland Disney-friendly songs
But I think her taking over the lane of being the sexual bubblegum pop girl that Katy Perry was is what launched her to stardom
I think of her as a blend of Ariana and Katy Perry

Im gonna assume her fanbase is little white girls and thats a HUGE consumer demographic. i mean i've never heard any of her music outside as far as im aware, the extent to which i see her is when im looking through threads on here and see her name, or when i open up apple music and briefly have to look at the popular tab before i go to my music lol. tht espresso song in the video above sounds AI generated not gonna hold you. dude said it's the song of the summer and im like not my summer lmfao. anyway im not really "giving it power" it just shows up in my face against my will
