I pick my own schedule each month. Supposed to be 3 shifts a week, 12 hours each shift but I can also decide to do a 24 hr shift and a 12 hour shift so I only work 2 days. If I do a 24 I'm not actually on my feet the whole time. I can sleep at like 11pm and they'll just call me if they need me

I usually schedule myself six days in a row from Thursday- Tuesday so I can have the next seven days off. Rinse repeat

Work 6-7 hours total for 5 days a week to produce whatever art that I want for the next 5 months

Usually 4-5 10 hour shifts on random days every week

Either 6am-4pm or 12pm-10pm

Only really get mad when I have to work 12-10 and then 6-4 the next day, which happens more than it should

ktt2 mod is a 24/7 job

Yea that’s f***ed up. I’ve worked those kind of shifts. I’ve quit great paying jobs because of those kind of schedules. Work life balance is a priority for me

7:30-4 so it's w/e but when I have to travel (every other month basically) it's miserable because they always put me in either extremely early flights or I'm landing at like 1am to my destination.

Sometimes these places are in like the middle of f***ing nowhere too so I also have to drive 3-4 hours to even start working

Trying to network to do that, but right now I've just saved up enough money to quit the 9-5 and just relax from the chronic stress.

I'm just making a lot of art that I wanted to do, and then I'm practicing a lot on my technical skills to get better.
