At a certain point in the level of success in your music career, you'll start to get held at a higher standard and the avenues you have are wide and vast. from product placements to creating music for music soundtracks, selling out large scale stadiums having your recent album pop up everywhere on billboards and virtual ads like clock work.

from being thrusted into hundreds of hundreds of dressrooms, to booking tons of flights for scheduled interviews, and most likely behind the scene business deals.

the list can really go on. Do you think at a certain point that it would get taxing on you if you were a superstar artist? The lifestyle may seem glam and luxurious on paper, but it definitely seems like a lot of discipline when you reach that higher upper echelon.

Edit: of course im talking about Ye , Taylor, Drake, Bieber , Jay, Bey, Rihanna success stardom

Is it by force tho? If it’s that taxing you can always go the Sade/Frank route and be hella lowkey

Millionaires have it so tough 😥

  • plenty have, are, and will self destruct from the pressure. they're quickly cancelled, swept under the rug and replaced with newer ones who cope with fame just a little better, or just appear to. Kanye's the only exception I know

its a interesting look inside the work ethic and discipline that must be held accountable at a high standard at that level of stardom.

this is just a discussion on superstars artists, not a discussion on millionaires

I mean at times it could be tough , look what it did to multiple superstars (brittney spears , Kanye West , Lauryn Hill , MJ) but I think That also has to do with mental toughness and being able to persevere after adversity.

Not that hard if you stay to yourself and not let it go to your head I’d imagine. Like if you choose to live in the hills don’t be surprised when paparazzi is everywhere. When you say dumb s*** don’t be surprised when you get called out for it
