yeah bro start mixing in more decaf each time you brew until you're eventually on 100% decaf
Caffeine constricts blood vessels. The headache you're experiencing is from dilation of those same blood vessels, increasing the rate of blood rushing to your head, causing your headache
Wait it out, you can't do anything else
Y not taper urself off with decaf

tapering off of caffeine is the only way to do it without being miserable. I taper up and down all the time

To put caffeine withdrawal into perspective, it interfered with my titration on amphetamine

Go from full coffee to half caf (half decaf + regular), slowly wean down to like a 1/3 mix, continue till finished
It does work, just the same as almost any d*** addiction, but when you go to 0 caff you might still have some withdrawals but it will be far less severe. I did one of those algorithm based teks on benzos and didn't die but that's the main real experience i have
You can also set this up with a changing criterion design or DRL (differential reinforcement of low rates of behavior, or another DRx) or other protocol, honestly you can f*** around with those terms on open ai and you should get a good thing to follow
Drink 1 coffee a day instead of 5
Or suffer through the withdrawals until you don't need it anymore
