Write down what you want to accomplish the night before each day and then cross it off when its complete. It makes your action/inaction clear and unavoidable. I do it on the notes app on my iPhone.

This works surprisingly well. Your mind operates off of consistency and not motivation. Basically you are slowly programming yourself from one set of thought loops to a different set.
