literally draw everyday

ive been drawing since a jit and its second hand to me

Very cliche but just draw a lot, you’ll start improving gradually

I went from super rudimentary drawings and doodles to detailed landscapes and pictures of my memories within a year

Also remember not to be too hard on yourself, you’re drawing for fun and to express yourself not every mistake is a mistake sometimes it’s something beautiful to work with

i guess the difference is that OP starting out as an adult, i tried that before when i started drawing and it just lead to me burning out cause its much different to adopt as an adult since u need to break old habits as well, while as a kid ur just forming one of ur first habits

Oh also don’t be afraid to look to reference photos, pictures or videos of drawings if you’re drawing something new

yeah, but I experimented various styles, I also did some graffitis..nature..caligraphy, cartoons/caricatures

First you gotta figure what level you’re comfortable at reaching.
There’s many levels but mastery of drawing takes more than a lifetime frl.

Like I’m aiming to be really good at drawing things from my head using little reference images. Still a long way from that

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this after chapter 1 . Lessons so boring and makes it not fun studying to draw

Drawing is so fun once you get a semi good understanding of perspective, proportions and lighting

Need to pick it up again I always sucked so much at colouring

Just filling out a sketchbook while listening to some music is really fun tho

Make nfts, you’d prob make a couple hundred each one fr

If u have the time, u just repost some other artists work, & they follow u back nd do the same

Consistency is key, I see ppl usually check in twice a day with some reposts
