you’re using the url of the webpage:

instead of the url of the image

https://i.imgur.com/2GVsgP3_d.jpg?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium

which i got by just tapping and holding on it and pressing copy. on desktop you can right click and copy url
