This is one of the most mentally taxing things ever cause I work 11:15 hr work days (including my breaks+lunch) and I don’t even have any coworkers or anybody to chop it up with during my downtime I’m stuck in this place by myself back to back calls for 10 hrs and it’s stressful man
This would be so much tolerable if I worked in a building with others but I don’t. And don’t get me wrong the job pays great but still. Any advice?

Back to back calls with coworkers?
clients, superiors, regulators, other departments, seems like @op is in a position where working from home is more of a burden than a help for their workflow, which seems to be very communication based
Back to back calls with coworkers?
No it’s an inbound call center for insurance
I feel you bro. I've worked a couple of call center jobs in the past, one wfh and one in-office. Both were pretty rough, but the in-office one was much better. Being able to chop it up with co-workers between calls makes a world of difference. I ended up quitting the wfh one pretty quickly
Imagine complaining about a job that requires you to get out of bed and take 12 steps to your office chair

Don't underestimate this stuff bro
First thing that comes to my mind is creating separation mentally. Deliberately dress up differently for work even though it's at home. When you're done, change out of those clothes and dont go back into the office room for the rest of the day/night.
From there find ways to create more separation and cool down like getting engrossed in hobbies, cooking, taking walks, exercise.
But if you want to really get real, consider whether you actually like the job? Its my belief that if you like the job that will carry you through more than anything else
