    i get really stressed out before tests and i tend to overstudy and undersleep because of it. i've been studying for an ap chem test for the past 3 hours and im still in the same place where i started.

    anyone have any advice to keep calm before taking tests? thank u ktt2

    Listen to some banging music right before and after. I always put on Yeezus right before a test (like omw there) and when I walk out of the test I blast Can't Tell Me Nothing

    I usually study like 3 days before the test and spend like 1-2 hours studying

    It helped me 2 think bout d fact dat like half d class prob didn't study fr dat s*** or pay attention at all so if I do like 30 min study on d bus I'm probably gona b good

    if you’ve studied the material you gotta realize that more than likely you’re going to be fine. always think this. go into the test with full confidence you’ll pass cause you studied.

    if you get to the test and realize you don’t know s***, then you gotta understand that that’s not changing. you failed. so f*** it. keep moving

    Don't cram

    Either u get the material or u don't. Study continuously thru the semester. If u just can't grasp it accept that fact and move according. But never cram if u find urself cramming the subject probably isn't for u

    Study longer in advance until it goes away. If you study in advance you won’t have that oh s*** feeling of needing to study ASAP. Also, the more comfortable you are with the material the less anxiety you’ll get. For example, I highly doubt you’ll be anxious if you have a test tomorrow in math class about basic summation because you’re already comfortable with that s***.
