    If you’re on social media, get off of it. The s*** is toxic. Especially Facebook and Twitter. IG can be okay depending on what type of content you follow.

    Make some positive affirmations. Write some goals down. Quit engaging with people who are negative and constantly gossip. This should be a start.

    Cut off soda + sugars
    Drink water
    Delete ur social media
    Cut off ur toxic friends
    Start bettering yourself
    Excercise
    Write down some goals and start working on them

    Psychoanalysis is always a good start for you to understand where this is coming from. You'll also learn how to accept some things about you. Positivity/negativity is within everybody, sometimes negative thoughts are telling you something that you need to figure it out. It's not an easy process but you'll start feeling better eventually.

    practice random acts of kindness
    relaxing/breathing
    get into religion

    Meditate / focus on your breath

    Do it daily for 10-15 mins to start & see if u notice changes

    When negative thoughts come, witness them but do not feed them with your energy by engaging. Bring focus back to the breath.

    Check out Londrelle, his music is pure positivity and incredibly uplifting. He has a meditation app thats worth checking out too - EternalSunshine - it’s filled with positive affirmations for certain goals. His work is perfect for thinking positive, that’s what he sets out to help us with.

    What you put into your mind will reflect what you think. At first what was put in wasn’t your choice so don’t beat yourself up about it. Now you can choose what to feed your mind and your soul. Be very mindful of what you consume. Eat the purest of food and you will live in the purest of bliss.

    Along wit everything thats already in the thread, when u started moving in the right direction i suggest reading up on psychedelics and then if ur interested, experience one of them at least once. In my own experience it has helped me a lot in this process of getting rid of negativity
