Psychoanalysis is always a good start for you to understand where this is coming from. You'll also learn how to accept some things about you. Positivity/negativity is within everybody, sometimes negative thoughts are telling you something that you need to figure it out. It's not an easy process but you'll start feeling better eventually.

Meditate / focus on your breath
Do it daily for 10-15 mins to start & see if u notice changes
When negative thoughts come, witness them but do not feed them with your energy by engaging. Bring focus back to the breath.

What you put into your mind will reflect what you think. At first what was put in wasn’t your choice so don’t beat yourself up about it. Now you can choose what to feed your mind and your soul. Be very mindful of what you consume. Eat the purest of food and you will live in the purest of bliss.
