BillyShearsYeah this how this stuff works. Not a huge conspiracy really. Marketing is usually a company’s biggest cost and if you can cut that cost down by having someone you’re already paying do the marketing you can save a lot of money.
A lot of big artist usually get involved with higher ups at a company too. From a business perspective an artist like drake is HUGE revenue driving asset so you’ll play ball a little to protect that asset.
I imagine drake is a charismatic guy so they probably like doing business with him and he ALLEGEDLY enjoys prostitution so they have some dirt on him if case drake wants to try to gain more leverage. Or, they all get together and enjoy prostitution as group, either way I imagine they enjoy doing business with drake.
The business world is really dirty, and the entrainment industry is corrupt. Pair the two together and you get the biggest musician in the world and the richest men in the world manipulating the masses to make ever more money. But the word manipulation has a negative connotation so they call it marketing.
